CascadeCon will be held in the Dome Room of the Bellingham Cruise Terminal, located in the iconic Fairhaven Historic District near the western end of Harris Avenue. Although the cruise terminal’s primary purpose is to serve as the southern terminus for the Alaska Marine Highway System once per week, it also features stellar event space where the Dome Room is its crown jewel.
The Dome Room and the connected Lounge together feature 3,500 square feet with high ceilings on the second floor, giving you the opportunity to enjoy gaming in a space flooded with natural light, allowing for creative and strategic thinking while you play in comfort. The windows provide views of Bellingham Bay and its shoreline, where our beautiful town and its matchless combination of mountains, forests, and water come together.
If CascadeCon’s registration numbers exceed expectations, we will also reserve the entire second floor of the cruise terminal, which will add two more large play spaces, each as large as the Dome Room.

Parking
Event parking is free. When you park, be sure to observe and avoid the 15-minute loading zones, which are strictly enforced on days when the Alaska Ferry is docked and boarding passengers. Otherwise, you may park in any free space in the lots.

If you are attending from out of town, there are many hotels in Bellingham with availability.
Currently [as of 12/25/2022], the Fairhaven Village Inn is offering a 15% discount on room rates through the end of January 31, 2023, which coincides perfectly with CascadeCon® 2023.
